Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • In unusedunworn, and original condition
  • Returned with all tags, and packaging.
  • Not custom-made
Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days for sizing or other eligible issues.

  • If the sizing issue was due to customer selection (and the item matches our size chart), an additional fee may apply to process the exchange.
  • If the sizing error was on our part, we’ll handle the exchange at no extra cost.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To start an exchange, contact us at sales@nycjackets.us with your order number and the size needed.

Return Process (Step-by-Step)
1. Contact Support

Email us at sales@nycjackets.us within 30 days. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

2. Get Return Authorization

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return approval, a return address, and packaging instructions.

3. Ship the Item

Return the product in original condition using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 3 business
days. Refunds take 5–14 banking days to appear depending on your payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items returned useddamaged, or without tags
  • Products returned after 30 days without prior authorization
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, a partial deduction (up to 35%) may apply depending on order processing status. Cancellations after 7 days are reviewed case-by-case and may incur up to 50% deduction, especially for made-to-order items.

Color & Design Issues

Color variation may occur due to screen resolution. If your item appears significantly different, contact us with photos within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or refund based on item availability and the nature of the issue.

Shipping Costs
  • Initial delivery is free.
  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping unless the product is incorrect or defective.
  • Custom duties, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
