To make your experience even better, we offer free shipping across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Processing & Production Time 

Most jackets are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. 

Made-to-order items require 8–12 business days to be crafted and delivered. For customized items, delivery may take 10–13 business days. 

Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs 

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 9–14 business days | Cost: $25.00
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery Time: 6–10 business days | Cost: $45.00

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
  • We offer international shipping to all countries, with the exception of Israel and Russia.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes for security and tracking reasons. 
Tracking Information 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We recommend monitoring the shipment using this tracking ID. If your delivery is missed or delayed, contact us directly — our support team is here to help. You can reach us at sales@nycjackets.us.

Please note: 

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the courier discarding the package. 
  • NYC Jackets is not responsible for lost or returned items due to incorrect addresses or unavailability. 
Important Shipping Conditions
  • Double-check your information: Please ensure all details provided at checkout — including your shipping address, name, and email — are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • Address changes not allowed after dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. 
Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery of your outerwear.

Remote Area Deliveries

For customers located in remote delivery zones, a $25 shipping surcharge may apply. This is to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
